San Jose and Dallas | USA & London | UK – August 2022 – Operatix continues to go from strength to strength, seeing momentous revenue growth of 65% from H12021 to 2022.

The business saw a 20% increase in customers from H1 2021 to H12022, continuing to provide an array of sales development services to B2B technology and software companies across the globe. Client contract expansions have also seen significant YoY growth of 53%, while renewals have seen a similar increase of 68%.

Not only that, but the year saw a 41% growth in staff members across both the UK and US. Operatix continues to build and develop its team of professionals, becoming the fastest-growing sales development agency in B2B tech.

Operatix now has over 270 staff members worldwide, working in areas such as Sales Development, Operations, Recruitment, Training and Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR & Management. Due to the demand for high-quality SDRs in the complex world of B2B tech, the team is constantly growing and evolving.

June 2022 not only showed growth within the team and clients, but went down in Operatix history as the first month that the EMEA team reached £1M of monthly recurring revenue.

This significant milestone was achieved thanks to the continuous dedication of our expert team, as well as the help of our partners and ever-growing client base.

This success comes after Operatix celebrated its tenth anniversary in February, in which it scored a record year of growth.

On average, Operatix’s YoY growth scored 54% since its conception in 2012, which is significantly higher than the industry average for private service businesses.

There is also an international expansion on the cards for Operatix still within 2022. The company is establishing a new office in Hannover, Germany to cover the demand for Sales Development programs across the DACH region.

The launch of the new office is planned for October 2022 and means another 30 new jobs will be created in the region. William Taylor, current Operations Manager in the UK will be promoted internally to head up the operation of the office & new team.
