San Jose and Dallas | USA & London | UK – May 2023 – As a result of its recent office expansion in Dallas, Texas, Operatix continues to experience remarkable growth in its USA operation.


The office space was renovated and launched in May 2022, allowing for increased growth in both people and revenue. The increase in resources has allowed us to continue providing B2B software vendors with high-quality sales development programs, for which there is an incredible demand.


From a headcount perspective, Operatix saw a growth of 54% from January 2022 until April 2023, expanding from a team of 77 to 119. During the same period, 13 employees were promoted as we continue to focus on the development and internal growth of our team.


The expansion has allowed us to take on more clients and larger projects, resulting in revenue growth of 39% from the start of Q1 2023 vs the start of Q2 2023.


With offices in the UK, USA and Singapore, Operatix now has almost 300 staff members worldwide and is constantly growing. The team works across verticals such as sales development, operations, recruitment, sales, marketing and finance.


The US office development is part of a wider growth plan for the American market, with plans to expand the remote team of sales development representatives across the country. Our remote team are already present in states like Florida, Georgia and Arizona.


The news of growth in our USA operation comes following success in our European office, too. Having been listed as part of the FT 1000’s fastest-growing European businesses, we’re proud of the global success Operatix continues to see.
