Operatix registers exponential revenue growth despite crisis

Aurelien Mottier

CEO at Operatix

San Jose and Dallas | USA & London | UK – May 2020  – Operatix has completed the analysis of their financial results in the first fiscal quarter of 2020 (February – April) and has registered remarkably strong growth, despite the global economic crisis due to COVID-19.

From Q1 2019 to Q1 2020, Operatix had a 41% growth in revenue across both, North America and Europe. From a new business perspective, their sales team closed 26 net new deals, which represents a 44% increase in comparison to the same quarter in the previous year.

Client renewals also registered some impressive numbers, growing by 58% from Q1 2019 to Q1 2020. Client expansion had a slight decrease of 16%, mainly due to a slowdown in the economy, whereby clients have put on hold their plans of international expansions, due to the uncertainty of the market within the COVID-19 Pandemic.

From a Workforce perspective, Operatix had a record year, increasing their team by impressive 72,1% in their office in Europe (London – UK) and 21,2% in both their offices in North America (San Jose – CA & Dallas – TX). On average the workforce growth from Q1 2019 to Q1 2020 across the board is 50,6%.

Foreseeing its growth, Operatix added a new layer of team managers to their structure in 2019 to be able to cope with the volume of campaigns and to scale the business. 8 Sales Development Representatives have been promoted into Client Service Manager roles across both regions, North America and Europe. Their responsibility is to lead their respective sales development teams, manage campaigns and liaise with customers.

The Sales team also had two new additions, Miles Chapman and Dan Savides, who are responsible for identifying new business opportunities for the company across various verticals within the B2B Software sector. They both started with the company in 2017 and are successful examples of Operatix’ culture of promoting from within and valuing their internal talents.

In July 2019, Operatix implemented a new role on the recruitment front. Kitti Toth has joined the team as Talent Acquisition Manager and is responsible for identifying and recruiting new members of staff for the organization to accelerate and strengthen its recruitment process.

On the services front, Operatix has expanded its offering in 2019 with Marketing Acceleration Services. Working in alignment with their pipeline acceleration programs, Operatix’ Marketing Team, led by Global Marketing Manager, Catarina Hoch is now able to offer strategic and tactical programs to support their clients accelerate their ROI on marketing programs. Companies such as Illusive Networks, Actian and Nominet have already approved Operatix’ Marketing Acceleration Services.
