San Jose and Dallas | USA & London | UK – March 2021 – As Operatix starts its new financial year, we have reflected on the impressive results of its past fiscal year, both from a revenue and workforce growth perspective.
From 2019 to 2020, Operatix has seen a 23% growth in revenue across both North America and Europe. Sales bookings also registered some impressive numbers, increasing by almost 30% from 2019 to 2020.
With an increase of revenue comes demand for hires, and therefore during this timeframe Operatix has grown their headcount by 31% globally, reaching over 200 employees across the board. These recruits will assist Operatix’s company growth by better supporting our ever growing client base.
To follow this exponential growth, some structural changes were made in the Management group adding new members to the team, as well as opening some new positions.
In the UK, Operatix has seen the promotion of their former Client Services Director’s – Ben Paterson, Hannah Allen, Albert Kazantsev, George Walshe and Charlie Long, who now hold the title of ‘Operations Director’. Moving solely from client services, they are responsible for the day-to-day management of a subset of clients, revenue, as well as a team of SDR’s. William Taylor and Mathilde Leu, experienced SDR’s have also been internally promoted to Head of Region – DACH, and Head of Region – France.
Finally, Marketing saw some changes. Catarina Hoch, former Global Marketing Manager, now holds the position of VP Global Marketing, her promotion taking place in November 2020. She was also joined by Izabelle Stephenson, a former Operatix experienced SDR, who was internally promoted to Sales & Marketing Assistant.
Seeing as this growth was present globally, it has influenced the workplace in the US too – Operatix saw the promotion of Erik Brown in Dallas; from SDR to Client Services Manager and also the hire of Adam Rangel as Client Services Manager. Their responsibility is to lead their respective sales development teams, manage campaigns and liaise with customers.
With headcount growth and undertaking successful promotions, Operatix has also grown it’s training & development team. This has included the recruitment of Carolyn Ford as Training and Development Manager in Dallas – she will take on a similar role to Joseph Grieves in the UK, transforming newcomers into reputable SDR’s.
On the recruitment front, Aine Kilgarriff, an experienced Operatix SDR, has been internally promoted to Recruitment Coordinator. She will support Kitti Toth – (former title ‘Internal Recruiter’), who was also promoted in August to Head of Talent Acquisition. Meanwhile, in the Dallas Office, Alondra Ramirez joins the recruitment team to bring on new talent to our US Team.
