From November to raising funds for Ukrainian refugees, Operatix strives to aid and support a number of charitable initiatives throughout the year.
Our Christmas Campaign is one of our most heartfelt programs, helping us bring the festive spirit to impoverished communities across the UK and US.
The holiday season can be incredibly stressful for those who may not be able to put presents under the tree, and no child should have to go without.
Operatix is committed to making a difference in as many children’s lives as possible and helping give them the Christmas they deserve.
During our Christmas campaign, Operatix donated £10 or $10 for every meeting sat during November. Both the US and UK teams strived to put a smile on as many children’s faces as possible, going above and beyond their set target.
The UK team raised £19,030 for their chosen charity, Cash for Kids Mission Christmas. This charity is dedicated to bringing Christmas to as many families as possible, delivering presents to children who would otherwise be left without anything to open on Christmas day.
As well as donating the money, some of the team visited the warehouse to pack presents themselves and get an idea of just how many children they have helped – a very humbling experience.
The US team raised $7,730 in total! The culture club picked out and donated over $2,000 worth of presents as well as $5,300 to Metrocrest Services.
Local to our US office, this charity supports toy drives during the holidays and helps families and senior citizens with financial coaching, education, food pantry, job readiness, and senior services.
Check out the photos they captured of them picking up the gifts and delivering them below. Thank you, team!
Thanks to the hard work of our team, it’s estimated that we’ll be helping around 763 children have a magical Christmas. This is all because of their dedication to the cause. While they certainly work hard all year long to provide the best service possible to our clients, it is truly amazing to see this translated into gifts for impoverished families.
On that note, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
