Since January 2017, Operatix has increased its staff by 28% across both offices in the US and UK to support company growth and to better support our growing client base within the technology sector. Read on to see how this increase in staff has been implemented across the company.

To support this exponential growth, some structural changes were made in the Management Team adding new members to the team and opening some new positions. In the European office, three new Sales Floor Managers were promoted within the team to support Operatix’ VP Operations Europe, Alex Jakobitsch. The Sales Floor Managers are responsible for supporting our BDR team in driving client relationships and program performance through the implementation of best practices, as well as supporting our clients in getting more return from their investment in Operatix. Brigita Lakatosova, Ben Paterson and Warren Glass are the 3 SFMs that will be fully enabled in their new roles over the course of May/June 2017.
Another new position introduced to Operatix is the role of a Corporate Recruitment Manager, which has been implemented by Tom Cairns, former Training and Process Manager at Operatix. In the new position, Cairns will ensure an efficient recruiting and training process for new starters, so that they are ready and prepared to bring quick results to Operatix’ clients.
Two other recent team changes have been made to the Operatix Sales Team, where new Global Marketing Manager, Catarina Hoch and new Business Development Manager, Ben Berenson are supporting Aurelien Mottier – CEO and Dan Seabrook – VP Sales to accelerate their sales results and the company’s growth and brand awareness within the industry.
