Operatix Announces new Leadership Hires in their North American Operation

San Jose and Dallas | USA & London | UK – May 2021 After another record financial year, Operatix has made important hires in their US team, following the exponential growth in business demand in the region.

Brian Gunter, experienced Global Sales leader with extensive knowledge in the SaaS industry, has joined the Operatix team as VP & Managing Director of the US operation in Dallas – Texas. Before joining Operatix, Brian has led revenue teams at companies like Hilti, Securus Technology and most recently at Honeywell. 

His role at Operatix will be focused on growing the Dallas operation from a revenue as well as headcount perspective. He will be leading the full operation of sales development & customer success teams, as well as recruitment & training, in very close alignment to the global COO and CEO.

With headcount growth and undertaking successful promotions, Operatix has also grown it’s training & development team. This has included the recruitment of Carolyn Ford as Training and Development Manager in Dallas – she will take on a similar role to Joseph Grieves in the UK, transforming newcomers into reputable SDR’s, and drive overall success that contributes to the team and the organization. 

On the recruitment front, Alondra Ramirez has started the position of internal recruiter in the US, joining the Dallas Team. With the company growing exponentially, her role will help keep up with the demand of new recruits and bring on new talent. In Q1 2021 alone, she was responsible for recruiting over 20 new SDRs to join the team. 

On the operations front, Operatix saw the promotion of Erik Brown from Sales Development Representative to Client Services Manager as well as the hire of Adam Rangel as Client Services Manager. Their responsibility is to lead their respective sales development teams, manage campaigns and liaise with customers.
