Dear Operatix Community,
Whilst we are all going through a time of uncertainty, we would like to reassure you that Operatix is fully operating and delivering as usual on our customers’ campaigns.
For many of us, working from home isn’t a new concept – and we are lucky that our whole business is able to run entirely remotely, taking the necessary data security measures where needed.
I would like to reassure our community that Operatix is a financially secure company and we will be doing everything in our power to support and protect our team members, customers and suppliers to come out of this even stronger.
As we get used to these new working standards, we will be sharing relevant content and best practices on how to make the best out of these challenging times.
Whilst we understand that many people believe businesses should completely shut down – and that now isn’t a time to buy and sell, we believe that the economic impact on families and businesses will be detrimental if companies stop buying and selling. So, our philosophy is to take all the safety measures to keep our staff and community safe, and for us to keep operating to help the economy flow.
We have had an overwhelming response from our community in regards to our Pipeline Acceleration services. Many software vendors aren’t able to cope with their current demand, but we’ve managed to quickly put programs in place and are dealing with their inbound enquiries.
Vendors have also been impacted immensely by the cancellation of tradeshows. This drastically reduces their influx of leads. Operatix is now supporting them by filling the top of their funnels, with qualified sales engagements.
This is not an easy time that the world is going through, so the best we can do is to support each other. We will all get through this together.
