Aurelien has an enviable track record of growing sales revenues beyond clients’ expectations, in the technology sector.
Aurelien secured degrees in both Electronic engineering and computer science as well, as Business Management in France. Aurelien started his career in marketing and product development at Philips, before moving to the UK to take up his position with the International team at Optima Consulting Partners.
He progressed through operations and Sales Management positions and, further to the Acquisition of Optima by Rainmaker Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: RMKR), became General Manager for EMEA, where he led the organisation to 300% revenue growth in an 18 month period and returned the geography back to profitability.

Rob has worked in sales and operations functions for over 9 years with various service-driven organizations. Rob’s expertise is in delivering business development and lead generation programs over and above customer expectations, helping clients overcome the challenge of producing qualified leads for the sales organization.
Following a 5-year career in the IT recruitment sector Rob moved into a business development and operations role at Rainmaker Systems. During his 30 month tenure he was the director responsible for building the worldwide inside sales operation for Microsoft cloud solutions. The team, in excess of 100 people, overachieved in delivering results for the Microsoft partner network.

Tom has a deep understanding of technology within the oil and energy sector, in a technical and IT Service Management capacity through the management of Sales and Professional Services programs. Subsequently since 2008 Tom has focused on executing successful Business Development programs across multiple sectors.
Tom has progressed within Operatix, initially working on the most complex programs in the IT security sector, developing value messaging and propositions into the “C” suite across many Operatix clients. Utilizing the Operatix methodology Tom has been behind the creation of in excess of $100 million of sales pipeline and >$20 million of closed sales.
Now heading up the corporate recruitment, Tom has the responsibility for recruiting new talents for both Operatix offices. This role is critical to the success of our clients programs and delivering ROI quickly.

Lewis is the Head of Data Analytics and Client Insights.
Lewis has been an essential part of the team at Operatix since April 2013, joining after attaining a Business Management degree and a four year career at the Nielsen Company, progressing through operations and taking on analytics and adhoc projects.
During his career to date, Lewis has developed bespoke tools and designed approaches to integrate and streamline data for analysis. Lewis manages the flow of all data utilized at Operatix for all programs, globally. In his role, Lewis supports operations with streamlining administrative processes and provides detailed client reporting and intelligence. Lewis’ expertise is data manipulation, technical knowledge and business intelligence.

Alex has worked in Sales, Operations and Media Research functions for over 13 years, working on extensive quantitative and qualitative campaigns, advising clients on reputation management, market and audience sizing, awareness and consumer response, budget prioritisation through stakeholder feedback, sponsorship/property matching and empirical ROI.
Alex has a track record of building and running Business Development Team to meet and exceed customers’ expectations. Alex worked for TNS for 5 years, and subsequently KantarMedia (Part of WPP) for a further 4 years before joining Operatix. Alex now runs the EMEA Business Development Team, and is responsible for the day to day delivery of all campaigns, ensuring clients receive quality and quantity in line with client expectations.
