About the Role

Salary: Circa £20 – £30,000 basic and uncapped commission based on experience with exciting benefits including bonus, competitive annual leave, company pension, annual company events etc.

You don’t need prior experience in sales or B2B tech, but rather a can-do attitude, resilience and accountability. You’ll be provided with all of the training and tools needed to succeed, as well as be welcomed into our friendly team with open arms.

Our Sales Development Team is responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts, utilising outbound phone calls, email campaigns and social media platforms. With a team of over 270 people across both the USA and UK, Operatix is a multi-cultural, dynamic business that strives to offer an unbeatable company culture.

Your Work

  • Place 60+ calls daily to set appointments to initiate the sales process on behalf of our clients.
  • Account management, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Work to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals through execution of lead generation activities.
  • Continuous prospecting through LinkedIn, Discover.org and other data sources.
  • Utilising email and social media platforms to book meetings with qualified prospects.

  • Are comfortable cold calling.
  • Can handle objections well and don’t give up at the first hurdle.
  • Actively seek a fast-paced career.
  • Are adaptable and good with change, as sales is ever-evolving.
  • Like working to targets and strive to be a top performer.
  • Enjoy using social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Your Experience

  • No previous sales experience is required – we look for people with the right attitude and drive.
  • Curiosity, accountability, conscientiousness and resilience are core values of Operatix.
  • Strong written, verbal, and phone skills.
  • IT proficient.
  • Metrics-driven and goal-orientated.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities.

The Operatix Running Club challenge is well underway, and we have our first three champs!🥇⁣

This year, we divided the challenge into Hares (running 100km), Tortoises (walking 200km) and Foxes (cycling 300km) 💪🏻⁣

Leon was the first to complete a challenge, hopping to the top of the running leaderboard 🐰⁣

Amelia strolled straight into the lead for the walking challenge 🐢⁣

Steve whizzed past the others on his bike and snagged the top spot for the cycling challenge 🦊⁣

Easter is quickly approaching, with it coming the beauty of spring and chocolatey treats from the Easter Bunny 🐰⁣

This year, we’re excited to be supporting an incredibly worthy cause - the Sebastian's Action Trust Easter Egg Hunt 🐣⁣

This charity supports families of seriously-ill children from the ages of 0 - 19, providing respite breaks, outreach support, activities and welfare to those in need⁣

We’re asking everyone in our UK office to simply donate some Easter eggs to help make this day really special for the children being supported by this amazing organization 💖⁣

Something as small as an Easter egg could provide some much-needed relief and distraction to these families⁣

Please bring in some Easter Eggs to the Fleet office by the 11th of April so they can be delivered to Sebastian's Action Trust in time for their Easter Egg hunts on the 15th and 16th.⁣
