Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Marketing Director to cover the maternity leave of our VP of Global Marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading an international team of three marketers, executing the 2024 marketing plan and planning for 2025, supporting brand and demand strategies, driving high-quality top-of-funnel marketing leads, and collaborating closely with the sales team to track and boost the sales pipeline.

Your Work

· Team Management:

Lead and mentor a team of three marketers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

· Execution of Marketing Plan:

Implement and execute the pre-established marketing plan for 2024, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, as well as work with data-driven insights to build the marketing plan for 2025 in Q4.

· Brand Strategy:

Work closely with the team to support and enhance the brand strategy, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

· Demand Generation:

Drive the development and execution of effective top-of-funnel pipeline generation programs to ensure a steady flow of high-quality Marketing qualified leads. Programs include Digital advertising, Email Marketing, Content/SEO, Events, Webinars, etc.

· Client campaign planning and execution

The company runs an in-house Marketing agency that serves a number of clients, delivering services such as content development, SEO services, LinkedIn Ads, Emails marketing campaigns, Sales Playbooks, Webinars, etc. The candidate will need to be able to work on delivering these projects with the support of the internal marketing team.

· Sales Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, align marketing strategies with sales goals, and track the sales pipeline effectively.

· Reporting:

Provide detailed and insightful monthly reports to the board, highlighting key marketing metrics, accomplishments, and areas of focus.

· Leadership Structure:

Report directly to the CEO, working closely with the VP of Sales to align marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

· Hands-On Role:

This is a very hands-on role requiring active involvement in both strategic planning and day-to-day execution, suited for individuals accustomed to a fast-paced environment.

Your Experience


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Experience in the Sales Development or B2B Tech space.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading marketing teams and executing comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Experience in using HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Start-up experience
