Operatix is seeking a Community & Advocacy Manager that will be responsible for building a community from the ground up and maintaining our overall community strategy to keep customers & champions engaged with our brand.
Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, you’ll support the development and delivery of engaging customer marketing initiatives to delight customers & champions, increase customer advocacy, and nurture a community of brand advocates.
You will own the Community & Advocacy strategy, truly placing the customer at the heart of everything you do. Utilising customer data, understanding their needs to drive customer & champion engagement, delivering value throughout their customer journey.
