Lunch and Learn Joe_2Joseph Grieves, Training and Development Manager at Operatix hosted our 5th Lunch & Learn session titled “C.C.E: Improving Your Sales Pitch and You as a Salesperson”. Numerous team members attended the event at Operatix Headquarters to learn more about how to apply C.C.E. to improve their success rates. C.C.E, when applied to the Sales pitch stands for Clear, Concise and Enticing, according to Grieves. In regards to the skills a salesperson need to be successful, C.C.E means Confidence, Courage and Enthusiasm.

Lunch & Learn is a monthly initiative from Operatix’ Training and Development Team to provide ongoing training sessions for the current teams as well as for new starters.
