Head of Sales DACH – £40k to £70k – Minimum 3 years experience – Location: Hampshire, Fleet

Our Deutsche Verkäufe team are responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts in a highly-productive, inside sales environment. A strong candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication and management skills, consistent work ethic and a desire to be a part of a fast growing and exciting company. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for DACH EMEA business unit
  • Manage rep daily, weekly, monthly activity levels
  • Responsible for recruitment and team building
  • Ongoing training and development of DACH Team
  • Own resource planning/allocation – with the support of VP EMEA and VP WW
  • Drive initiatives to motivate and incentivise DACH EMEA team
  • Identify and develop client expansion opportunities to maximise revenue from each client (work with sales team)
  • Presenting to internal and external key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruiting, enabling and developing an internal sales team.
  • Experience in onboarding, retaining and developing client relationships.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes
  • IT knowledge is desirable
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
